AgriBusiness Financial, Inc specializes in meeting the real estate lending & sales needs of farmers though out California. Founder, president and CEO William Van Tassel and his staff have served the real estate lending needs of this niche market for nearly twenty years. William is a native to California and was raised on a large scale commercial beef cattle operation in Linden. His academic accomplishments include a B. S. degree in Agricultural Business from California State University - Fresno and a M.S. degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno. Over his career in agricultural finance Mr. Van Tassel and associates have originated commercial agricultural real estate loans to nearly every institutional lender that originates loans to farmers in California.

The associates of AgriBusiness Financial, Inc have originated real estate loans on a variety of agricultural properties, such as orchards (almonds, stone fruit, pistachios, chestnuts, cherry, olive, citrus & walnuts), grapes (table, raisin & wine) and irrigated field crops (cotton, vegetables, hay, grains, rice, melons & tomatoes). Loans have been placed on properties located as far north as Marysville and as far south as Bakersfield. Leveraging the vast experience gained in agricultural lending, AgriBusiness Financial, Inc provides real property brokerage services as a California Department of Real Estate broker as well as farm and ranch accounting and financial services.
