  Agriculture Real Estate Loans

Agricultural real estate loans for full time farmers are originated from $400,000 and up. Depending on the lender, loan programs offered are a 1, 3, 5 or 7 year ARM or a 15 or 20 year fixed. Amortization up to 25 years with monthly, semi-annual or ANNUAL payments. Maximum loan to value of 70% and NO PREPAYMENT PENALTIES on the payment dates.
